I provide a trauma-informed, integrative, & evidenced-based approach to preparation, non-ordinary states of consciousness work, & integration. I weave and combine Mindfulness, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Inner child & Re-parenting Work/Internal Family Systems, & EMDR so that you can have the tools to regulate your nervous system, develop a more accepting relationship with yourself, & process the past before, during, & after your dose day experience. I feel very fortunate that I have the exposure to many therapies myself as well as Ayahuasca and have been able to find a perfect blend of these worlds to offer them to others on this path as a modern westerner. In addition to my training as a therapist, I have received additional and continuing training as a 2nd year student in Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experience program, a first year student of Stan Grof's Holotropic Breathwork program, and I myself have had over 80 + Ayahuasca experiences including immersing myself for 2 months in the jungle.
