Integration:

Integration is a term frequently used in coaching and plant medicine. It involves delving beneath the surface to incorporate insights into your everyday life, whether on your own, with a coach, or a trusted individual.

Shadow Work:

Shadow work is the process of uncovering hidden, unconscious aspects of your personality, emotions, and behaviors to foster self-awareness and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery, navigating my own identity, generational history, and past traumas. Through these experiences, I’ve gained invaluable wisdom.

As a curious and empathetic listener, I fearlessly delve into challenging subjects, embracing both shadows and light. My journey has prepared me to offer support and guidance in self-exploration and healing.

When facilitating plant medicine group ceremonies, working with couples, or in one-on-one sessions, I am completely present and purposeful. I believe in the power of human connection and value all aspects of being human, regardless of challenges or shadows.

• Crisis/Suicide Prevention Phone Support experience and certification
• Homebirth and Doula Training/Certification, specializing in parent empowerment and family-centered birthing preparation.
• Prison Volunteer Coordinator and Advocate
