Since 2016, just after I completed my Bachelor of Metaphysics, I have been providing spiritual and transformative guidance to my clients through my company Prism Journey. Initially my service offerings included coaching, spiritual guidance through tarot, energy therapy and sound healing services but have continually expanded since that time, adding integrative therapies, ceremonial services and hypnotherapy. I am dedicated and passionate about continuing education and supportive learning experiences which over the years have broadened and diversified my practice to a great extent. My work and learning in the ancient field of Hermetics began in 2011 and has continued since, earning me many certifications in tarot and ancient sacred practices.

After encountering the sacred medicine Ayahuasca in the Amazon in 2015, I began to work with this and other sacred plant medicines under the guidance of trained shamans. To date I have interacted and learned directly from tribal practitioners of the Amazonian Shipibo, Huni Kuin and Mayan tribes as well as interacting and learning from Quechua and Kuntanawa tribal traditions taught by other directly trained practitioners. I have successfully led hundreds of plant medicine ceremonies with ayahuasca, psilocybin, huachuma, hape, cacao and sananga and have expanded my counseling practice to include integration services following ceremonial experiences.

In addition to studying in the spiritual, shamanic and metaphysical traditions, I have completed an extensive amount of formal education in behavioral health, global health and cultural studies to better understand the human condition from all relevant angles. This education has given me even greater insight into our current human struggles, the effects of trauma, the benefits of mindfulness and the importance of education to promote health and wellness. Utilizing both traditional and metaphysical understanding, I have developed a unique coaching methodology that incorporates mindfulness practices, education and energetic/metaphysical understanding to promote healing and growth and strengthen the bond between body, mind and spirit. To all of this I add my lifelong passion as a musician and vocalist to produce a unique and transformative type of healing that can be personalized for each individual.

I am able to do a great deal of my work remotely however I highly recommend the in-person services as a means of kickstarting any personal growth program!
