I am a certified health and transformational coach, here to serve others to assist in your own quantum healing. Your body and spirit are capable of healing from within.
I provide personalized guidance and support to help you find empowerment in your healing journey to heal yourself from within. I also work with earth medicines and providing guidance on utilizing and integrating earth medicines into your wellness journey, if desired and warranted, as a supplementary service to my health coaching services.

As a healing practitioner, I do not heal you, but I help support you in becoming empowered in your own healing journey, holding space for you and giving you support and guidance. I provide ongoing, targeted assistance to help you to heal yourself in an ongoing process to become the best, fully embodied version of yourself. We focus on the areas and goals that you determine, as they develop throughout our time together.
I aim to support you in realizing your power in healing yourself, in order to live an authentic, intentional, meaningful, and healthy life.

After embarking on my own transformational journey, which was brewing for awhile before the pandemic, I have gotten certified and worked with numerous others to help support them in working with earth medicines to clear blockages and help others re-connect to the self, mentally, spiritually, and physically, to become empowered to find healing and transformation.
